Visualizer

The Frequency Response Visualizer shows:

  • Combined EQ curve
  • Individual band contributions
  • Real-time frequency spectrum (optional)

Tips

  • Use High Pass on Band 1 to clean up low-end rumble
  • Tilt is great for quick tonal balance adjustments
  • Use narrow Q (high values) for surgical cuts
  • Use wide Q (low values) for musical boosts
  • Enable only the bands you need to save CPU

Example Presets

Vocal Polish

  • Band 1: High Pass @ 80Hz
  • Band 2: Bell -3dB @ 250Hz, Q=1.5 (reduce mud)
  • Band 3: Bell +2dB @ 3kHz, Q=1.0 (presence)
  • Band 5: High Shelf +3dB @ 10kHz (air)

Guitar Scoop

  • Band 2: Bell -4dB @ 400Hz, Q=0.8
  • Band 3: Bell +3dB @ 2.5kHz, Q=1.2

Mix Tilt

  • Tilt: +2dB (brighter overall balance)
  • Output Gain: -1dB (compensate)
